Memory Well

A — Above

Everything recorded, remembered, and retold gathers at the surface. Family voices and preserved moments remain almost as they happened. It is easy to return here, and so one does—again and again.

  1. A1 With You
  2. A10 Saint Hannah

B — Below

Beneath the familiar record lie the sounds that were present but seldom noticed: rooms, pauses, passing noise, and fragments without occasion. As the descent continues, their context loosens and they fade into shadow. By the end, the record itself gives way.

  1. B1 Where You've Never Been To
  2. B2 On Hold
  3. B4 Central Mall
  4. B9 Blurred
  5. B10 Records end

C — Crevice

Clarity returns in a chamber of things once deeply valued. Music, sounds, and old attachments wait here within reach, illuminated by the importance they once held. But the light is temporary, and the chamber gradually begins to shift.

  1. C1 Kaizer Waltz
  2. C2 The Danube
  3. C3 Your treasure is time
  4. C4 Breeze From Afar
  5. C5 Winters End
  6. C6 Ryom 419
  7. C7 Facade
  8. C8 Vast And Quiet Desert
  9. C9 The Bridge
  10. C10 BWV 147

D — Depths

These memories have been left to disappear. At first they remain recognizable; then continuity begins to fail, and every return leaves them less certain than before. Near the bottom, only a damaged melody can hold the fragments together.

  1. D1 The Night Train
  2. D2 We've Only Just Begun
  3. D3 Cassini's Grand Finale
  4. D4 Spilling The Oil
  5. D5 Those Little Things
  6. D6 Left but all
  7. D7 Wings of a wind
  8. D8 Out of Fire
  9. D9 Go Down With The Sun
  10. D10 In The Broken Sea Of Oam

E — Eluded

Some things survive because they mattered too much to vanish, even when they were kept private. Old fascinations, desires, and obsessions persist here—distant and slightly unstable, but still unmistakably themselves. At the far end, a sudden strike breaks the seal.

  1. E1 Earliest obsession
  2. E2 That Song
  3. E3 Banished
  4. E4 Domino
  5. E5 Fragments Rise
  6. E6 Reviving gardens
  7. E7 Lags
  8. E8 Dawn
  9. E9 Power nap
  10. E10 Nothing To Worry

F — Fried

What the strike opens was never meant to surface whole. Regret, horror, pain, and trauma accumulate until memory becomes heat: layered, distorted, and finally raw. What follows is not recovery, but the defenses that make such things possible to contain. The descent turns sideways here.

  1. F1 Intangible Past
  2. F2 F...
  3. F3 Damned
  4. F4 Hideous Warmth
  5. F5 Dam burwy automa

G — Giquosinif

Events dissolve into impressions, while familiar material returns at a distance, separated from the person who lived it. Time, loss, and separation remain as feeling and image rather than recollection; eventually, sadness itself finds a voice.

  1. G1 All That Was Glanced Over
  2. G2 With You
  3. G3 Hannah
  4. G4 Four In Flames
  5. G5 Calling back through haze
  6. G6 TIme
  7. G7 Air thickening on streets
  8. G8 Artifact of another world
  9. G9 Long time and never since
  10. G10 Searing sadness transmits visions

H — Hontourless

Memories are compressed until scenes, people, and causes can no longer be separated. What remains are masses of emotion, difficult even to name, interrupted by the occasional structure that somehow endured. Beyond them, conscious recall loses its hold, and only a weathered light points further down.

  1. H1 Borrowed emotions echo through
  2. H2 Peace Or Joy
  3. H3 Glint of Blues
  4. H5 Macistvols
  5. H6 Optia obscur ectax
  6. H7 Waning pale iridescence
  7. H8 Cognicline
  8. H9 Weathered
  9. H10 Light.L1-L5

I — Iros

Something coherent hangs within the subconscious dark: the internal forms from which a self is assembled. Voices, music, and representations of the person gather into identities that may be fractured or whole, borrowed or familiar. They are not memories exactly, but the shapes that decide who is remembering.

  1. I1 0.L1-L2
  2. I2 not yet surfaced
  3. I3 II.Ending
  4. I4 III

J

At the deepest known layer, memory has been ground into dust. Some fragments still resemble what fell from above; others feel ancient, foreign, or impossible to place. Even examining them can cause them to collapse—yet somewhere below lies the oldest shard that has survived..

  1. J1 Crackle etude no. 1
  2. J2 Wyx whisper bits
  3. J3 Antid
  4. J9 Shackles etude no. X
  5. J10 S
